该团队由负责人马燕教授和黄慧,洪璇,王斌,徐晓钟4名副教授组成。团队成员毕业于国内顶尖高校,包括上海交通大学和东南大学等。团队长期致力于计算机视觉、模式识别等相关研究领域。具体的研究方向包括半监督图像分割和颗粒图像分割、医学图像分析、聚类分析及其应用以及生物表型分析。
近年来,团队主持并完成了4项国家自然科学基金项目和1项上海市科委相关项目等。团队成果发表在多个SCI期刊和中文核心期刊上,包括Information sciences、Expert system and applications以及中国图象图形学报等。团队还获得了13项发明专利授权。
团队的研究生在竞赛和学术研究方面取得了多项优异成绩。他们在"挑战杯"全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛、全国数学建模竞赛、全国研究生电子设计竞赛、以及陈嘉庚青少年发明奖等比赛中获得了多个奖项。研究生的毕业论文获得了2023年度上海市计算机学会优秀硕士学位论文提名奖和校优秀硕士学位论文等荣誉。此外,硕士研究生赵金凤发表在《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》文章被Wiley出版社评为TOP Downloaded Article。
